Innotech Moteur must receive full payment before shipping any order. If, for any reason, the customer fails to pay for an order in full, Innotech Moteur reserves the right to resell the products.

CASH, CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS
We are not accepting cash, checks, or money orders for online purchases at this time.
DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery service, destination address, shipping method selected, package size, and the weight of your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and will be updated if you change your delivery service, destination address, or the contents of your cart. Shipping rates do not include destination charges, customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes. Destination charges, customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes are set by the country to which the order is shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country or the carrier acting on their behalf to clear the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Innotech Moteur has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Check with your local customs office for more information. Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in the recipient's country.
Customers may choose to arrange international shipping with their own brokers. All shipping documents and the dangerous goods declaration must be completed by the customer or the customer's broker and submitted to your shipping company. Innotech Moteur will not provide assistance in completing these shipping documents.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Due to the varying availability of certain items and the location of different warehouses, your items may be shipped separately when you place a multi-item order. You will not be charged extra for separate shipments.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving full payment. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Some shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could result in delays beyond the initial delivery estimates.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to Canada, the United States, and international addresses.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING DESTINATION
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping destination once the order has been completed.
NOTICE: When you receive your package, please note any damage to the packaging (containers) before signing. Once you have signed the delivery slip, you have accepted the package (as is) and accepted full responsibility for any damage caused by the freight company.
Some products may be damaged during transport. If a package is delivered damaged, write "DAMAGED" on the delivery slip and have the delivery person sign it.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number and the original invoice. Contact us for your RA number. Returns not authorized by Innotech Moteur will be refused and returned to the sender. All returned items must be new, in their original unopened packaging, unused, and in reusable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, packaging, and insurance of returned items, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with Innotech Moteur. No refunds will be issued for damaged merchandise. No refunds will be issued for electronic parts if the box has been opened. Innotech Moteur will charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Once Innotech Moteur has received and approved your return, a full refund will be issued.
Returns should be shipped to (Innotech Moteur inc., 104 C rue de L'Écuyer, Repentigny, Québec, Canada, J6A 8C4).

This statement is made on behalf of Innotech Moteur and is effective from 2015. This statement does not create an agreement between Innotech Moteur and users, and does not create any legal rights for the parties.
WARRANTY POLICY
All parts of our engines are guaranteed. For the warranty to be valid, the engine must be carefully installed by a qualified and experienced professional. Warranty claims will be honored and repairs will be carried out at our location in Repentigny, Quebec, Canada. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.
Car and truck engine 6 months/unlimited km and boat 6 months with invoice date.
The terms of the guarantee become void in the event of any of the following:
(has) Overloading or abuse of any kind;
(b) Incorrect installation;
(c) Damaged vehicle;
(d) Modified vehicle.
Not covered by the warranty
(has) Loss of time due to the defective vehicle;
(b) Installation fees;
(c) Towing fees, oil, gasoline, refrigerant, oil filter or accessories, vehicle rental, hotel expenses or other expenses;
(d) Damage to other parts not supplied with the engine;
(e) Any other damage beyond our control.
Notice of complaint
(has) No claim shall exceed the cost of the original invoice. Innotech Moteur reserves the right to refund the invoice in the event of a claim involving the return of goods.
(b) No claims will be accepted for oil, antifreeze, towing, etc.
(c) The warranties will be honored at our offices in Repentigny, Quebec, Canada;
(d) Any damaged part must be returned to us;
(e) Any claim invoice must be accompanied by the defective part;
(f) The engine must be returned to our premises at the customer's expense.
Repair work carried out outside our premises
The customer must obtain prior approval from Innotech Moteur before having the repairs performed by another qualified professional. Innotech Moteur will order the defective parts and ship them directly to the professional responsible for carrying out the repairs. Innotech Moteur is not responsible for labor costs or other expenses related to engine repairs performed by a third party. The customer agrees not to make any claims against Innotech Moteur in this regard.
Our warranty is limited to the conditions mentioned above and Innotech Moteur will not be liable for consequential or indirect damages of any kind whatsoever and no other warranty, whether conventional or legal, will be applicable except as specifically mentioned in this warranty.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. PRICE
All prices are subject to change without notice. You must be registered to purchase online. In the event of a discrepancy between the price displayed on our website and the price in store, the latter takes precedence.
2. CLAIMS AND RETURNS
No claim for an incomplete or damaged item will be accepted unless notice is sent to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
3. CREDIT WITHDRAWAL AND VARIATION
Innotech Moteur may, at any time, without the need to provide a reason, modify or withdraw any credit granted to the customer.
4. SUSPENSION AND CESSATION OF THE OFFER
Innotech Moteur may, at its sole discretion and without incurring any liability to the customer, cease or suspend the supply of products and customer service or modify these credit terms.
5. WARRANTY
To the extent permitted by law or expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all express, implied, statutory, or other warranties relating to the goods in any way are excluded. Innotech Moteur warrants the goods in accordance with its suppliers' warranties and excludes all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
6. CONTINUOUS WARRANTY
All warranties under or relating to these terms and conditions shall be warranted continuously and shall only terminate with the written consent of Innotech Moteur.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
Innotech Moteur's liability for any breach of this term is limited, at Innotech Moteur's discretion, to one or more of the following:
(a) if the breach relates to the goods: the replacement of the goods or the provision of equivalent goods; the repair of those goods; payment of the cost of replacing the product or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of repairing the goods, and
(b) if the violation is related to the services: the provision of the services again; or the payment of the cost to obtain the services.
To the extent permitted by law and unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms, Innotech Moteur shall not be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, consequential loss or damage) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly from the provision of goods or services under these terms or from the acts, defects or omissions of Innotech Moteur.
8. TRANSACTIONS
The customer will be responsible for all transactions and expenses relating to the customer's credit account, including any fraudulent use of the account by the customer or any person authorized by the customer to use the account or by the customer's employees, agents or subcontractors.
The customer will also be held responsible for any fraudulent use of their credit account that is caused directly or indirectly by the customer's negligence.
9. RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of the products remains with Innotech Moteur until the customer has paid all sums due. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery. If the customer fails to pay all sums due, Innotech Moteur may, without prejudice to its other rights and without prior notice to the customer, enter customer premises and recover the goods.
10. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
The customer agrees to notify Innotech Moteur in writing of any change of ownership or legal structure within 7 days of the date of such change and indemnifies Innotech Moteur against any loss or damage suffered as a result of the customer's failure to notify Innotech Moteur of any change.
11. COMPENSATION
The customer will indemnify Innotech Moteur against any direct or indirect loss, liability or damage suffered by Innotech Moteur or any other person as a result of the customer's negligence or breach of these terms.
12. TRUSTS
These conditions bind the client both personally and as trustee of any trust of which the client is a trustee.
13. SPOUSE AND JOINTLY JOINT
If the client consists of more than one person, the obligations of each person are joint and several.
14. AMENDMENTS
These conditions can only be modified with the express written consent of Innotech Moteur.
15. TRANSFER
The customer may not assign any agreement under these terms without the prior written consent of Innotech Moteur.
